BOOKING

All appointments are booked through my online scheduler. A valid credit card is required to secure an appointment.
The maximum days in the future I will accept appointments is 60 days. 

APPOINTMENTS

You will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking. In this email is the link to complete the digital intake form. Please complete this prior to your appointment.
Your appointment time is your scheduled Hands-On time. To ensure that you receive the entire time of your service, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service time. Arriving 10 minutes early allows time to discuss areas of focus for the service.

If you are running late, please make contact by calling or texting as soon as possible. I may have to shorten your service to end at the scheduled end time, this will depend on a variety factors determined by the days schedule.

CANCELLATIONS

24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. You may cancel/reschedule your appointments through your email confirmation. If you are unable to access this, please call or text as soon as possible to cancel your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the service rate.

No Call No Shows will result in a minimum of prepayment of future services or the possibility of being banned from booking. 
If you are ill, please make contact as soon as possible to cancel. If you arrive to your appointment ill, you will be sent home. 
In the event that I need to cancel your scheduled appointment, I will discount your future service.

GIFT CARDS

The gift of an experience is one of the best gifts to receive. Due to the nature of my availability - routinely booking 4-6 weeks in advance, gift cards are only available if the recipient is a current client. If you want to give a gift card, it's important that the recipient is a current client.
